I’m one of those snowbirds, kind of sort of, but I had 2 Cool to put the whole nine yards of an AC unit in. I was very impressed. They cleaned up respective property, and most of all, I wasn’t even at the house—I was up north, so I took a chance. If anybody out there looking to have AC unit replaced, I’d go with you guys again without a doubt.

This is why I have been going to 2 Cool AC
Gerald just came out and he was very professional and showed me exactly what is wrong with our AC and why fixing it isn’t worth it. A new unit is being put in on Monday and it’s Friday so it’s a quick turnaround time. He is putting in a portable unit for the weekend so we are not boiling in this heat. The service fee is being waived since we are getting a new unit, which is excellent service. This is why I have been going to 2 Cool AC because of their excellent service. Thank you for your service.

2-Cool Air installed my previous A/C system, and I was very pleased with their level of professionalism and the work they did. When it was time for a new system, I called them again, and they did not disappoint. I had a completely new system installed, including all new ductwork, new vents, and a special light to inhibit mold growth. Spectacular to work with
2 Cool Air has been spectacular to work with. We initially found them because we needed emergency weekend service at our rental. Jeannie answered the phone immediately, they came out quickly and got the unit running again. The unit looked like it was going to continue to have problems and was about to come out of warranty, so we decided to replace it. The installation team (Tyler and Brett) was excellent - punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Shortly after the unit was installed, it stopped cooling. I called Jeannie first thing in the morning and she sent Tyler out within hours. It turned out that the circuit breaker had tripped (not his fault at all); however, he went above and beyond by replacing the circuit breaker to avoid any future problems. These are only a few examples of the excellent experience we've had with 2 Cool Air, I could go on...
