I originally had AND Services come to my house. They gave me a crazy high price. Didn't even take any pictures inside the ductwork. So I sought out a second opinion. I reached out to 2 Cool and set an appointment. The man that they sent out was very knowledgeable. He did his homework. Showed me live video feed inside the ducts. The other company wanted almost 6k. They recommended an air scrubber, and they warranted a component on the unit previously installed. Not only did they save us a bunch of money and headache, but my house blows very cold now. Hasn't been an issue since. I would highly recommend these people. If I need something in the future, I definitely will call them back.

Brett was very professional and a hard-working man. We would recommend Too Cool AC to everyone without reservations just as they were recommended to us! You cannot go wrong. The whole company did a fabulous job! Allin was the full-time tech replacing our ducts in the attic. It was hot in the attic, and I found it amazing that neither man ever even complained! In fact, after many hours, they were still laughing... very hard-working men, and it was very refreshing to see that! You cannot beat Too Cool AC!!!

Highly Recommended!
We've been customers of 2 Cool since we purchased our home in 2013. Beyond annual maintenance, they have installed a new condenser, air handler, and heat pump and just recently, new ductwork and added returns in the bedrooms. All of our experiences have been awesome! Highly recommended! 7/21/23: The heat softened the adhesive, and the plenum fell off, cooling the attic. Brett, one of the techs who installed our ductwork, got us up and running quickly. I can't say enough good things about 2 Cool, y'all are the coolest! (Pun intended)

We called them and within two hours were here and gave us an estimate and came as planned even though I was afraid they weren't going to be able to because it was raining, but here they were with a tent and got the work done with no issues. Very happy with the service.

Technicians were professional
Tyler and Allin came out in September of 2022 and installed a new inside and outside unit. In January of 2023, we had them come out and replace the existing ductwork in the entire house. The technicians did an exceptionally neat job; they were professional and courteous. I cannot say enough about the company and the technicians that came out.

Excellent Workmanship at a Fair Cost
I had gone up in the attic and noticed the AC ducts were looking in pretty bad shape. I'm no professional with AC units or duct work, but knew it definitely needed to be fixed. I called 2 Cool, and they got me all set up for someone to come out. Brett showed up, and we chatted a little. He went and checked out the issue, then said it's bad but I've seen worse 😂 so we set up a date for them to come out. Brett and Tyler showed up at 8 a.m. on a cold, rainy day, working into the evening. These guys are awesome! They did have to finish up a few things on the second day, which was fine because I felt like that was a lot to accomplish in only one day. Super nice guys, very knowledgeable in their trade. I highly recommended using this company. Take my word, we have contacted a few other businesses in the area to rectify this old house's issues. Brett and Tyler went above my expectations. If you want straight-to-the-point, no-nonsense, excellent workmanship at a fair cost, call them!!
