Called Friday night about 7:00 pm; the A/C was not working. The immediate answer was a tech would be there shortly. In less than 30 minutes, repair tech arrived. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced defective part within 15 minutes, problem resolved and the unit was fully operational. This is what you would call high efficiency. This took less than 1 hour to complete. Thanks to customer service and a very skilled technician. You can truly say this was 5 Star performance!
