$500 Less Than the Original HVAC
The technician arrived on time. It was a second quote I was getting for my air conditioning problem. The technician had the replacement part in his van, and he charged me $500 less than the original HVAC company was going to charge me, so I was very pleased. The other company had to order the part for another 3 to 4 days' wait. Plus, for the first company, I had to pay a $135 service call. With Two Cool Air Conditioning, I did not have a service call. It was all figured in the price.

Fast, efficient, and polite. Overall great service at a great price. Unlike many of the big companies did not try to upsell. My new favorite A/C company. Follow-up. About a week after our routine service, the A/C wouldn’t blow cool air. Called 2Cool and they helped right away. Determined that our 10+ year old system needed a new blower motor. Offered options by them on replacement. Since later the unit has been nickel and diming us a lot, we opted to replace it completely. Two days later. New unit in and working fine. Installers worked hard, were friendly, and cleaned up well. Again, highly recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Joni at 2 Cool Air, and she was absolutely amazing. I explained I was looking for a fan motor for my Bryant AC Unit. Words cannot describe how helpful Jeanie was in our hour of need; she tracked down the part, and it was installed within hours of my call. Our service rep, Tyler, was absolutely wonderful. Words cannot describe how thorough he was and how quickly he remediated our issue. We were told by Iernas after waiting 10 days for an appointment that it could possibly be another 10 days until our unit was fixed. After 8 years of being an Iernas service contract holder, we are saying goodbye to Iernas. We are moving to 2 Cool Air. October 2, 2024 Update: I had the pleasure of working with Tyler again and Jeannie during a very difficult time. They made things less stressful by getting my air conditioning up and running. Although it took a few days to get the piece from Trane, it worked out well. Tyler is the best and very efficient in diagnosing and resolving issues with AC. I highly recommend him!
