We needed a new AC company to replace our duct work. Jeannie was very polite on the phone and answered all my questions. Brett came out and gave us the estimate. He was knowledgeable and very nice. The work was done in a timely manner, and we are very happy. Update: We had a power surge after Duke Energy did some repairs. It damaged the blower motor on our AC. We decided since it was old and out of warranty to just get a whole new unit. They did an excellent job again and didn't try to upsell us on a bigger unit when I asked about the rebate program offered by Duke Energy.
